So running a Mars campaign hasn't been challenging as one might think as a DM. Looking through the original Dungeons & Dragons forums. A friend came across an excellent supplement in the form of OD&D's Doc's Adventures On Mars in this thread here.
OD&D's Doc's Adventures On Mars clocks in at eighty four pages & has all of the essentials for a Lovecraftian Martian campaign. This includes super science, new character classes, and lots of Lovecraftian gods & monsters. OD&D's Doc's Adventures On Mars could also easily work with Lamentations of the Flame Princess, Warriors of the Red Planet & it's family of games, and other OSR games. This includes Astonishing Swordsmen & Sorcerers of Hyperborea & other lower level player character games. This also means that OD&D's Doc's Adventures On Mars could potentially work with White Star Galaxy edition with some adjustment on the DM's part.
