Between the darkness of the stars there are creatures that mirror our fears & the legends of our culture. The Odilon are named after famous ancient Earth French Symbolist painter & bare a striking resemblance to one of his works. These monsters for lack of a better term are often found aboard ancient hulks & space wrecks feeding upon the fear, loathing, & feelings of helplessness of the former victims.
 It is said that before the Scream that these monsters were once the bearers of enlightenment throughout the universe & taught the ways of peace. Most dismiss this pure drivel. Nonsense told to make sense of an irrational universe.
Whatever the case these monsters resemble only the barest outline of a classic ancient Earth angel. The truth is that they are creatures of flesh & a collection of psychic energy matrices held together with a strange necotechological circuitry woven throughout their flesh. They are a blasphemous mix of alien flesh & technological nightmare
They will often hide within shadow moving quickly through metallic wreckage to observe their prey. They will use whatever is at hand to lay traps, move silently, & general stalk their prey as animals. Once they are ready to attack they will create limbs,claws, etc from within their own flesh circuits in seconds.
 Their wings are useless & they are now simply decoration at best or hindrance at worse. The Scavenger Angels are little better then animals but they find use in the lowest strata of the criminal world. They are expert torturers & extractors of knowledge. Roles that they relish & love..
SWN Default Setting Notes: These monsters move through the underbelly of the intergalactic underworld.They often use these places to hook up with others of their kind which nest in the forgotten hulls of ancient old space craft. There are often thousands of these monsters seen stretching their wings & watching the corpses of former explorers exploding from within. Another one of these bastards rips through the spine of some unlucky fool born into an uncaring universe. 
 Over 75 % of  the Odilon are psychics & have about them a psychic aura of terror & absolute repulsion. This aura manifests as a cool yellow gold glow surrounded by a decaying blue contrast. The aura seems of waste away out of the corner of  the observer's eye.. The Odilon begin play with 2 psychic points. They gain 
+4 on all climb rolls due to the number of claws that they can create.
This race is not recommended for player characters.

These monsters are also found on many alien worlds throughout the planes. Many an alien temple has played host to these things.

  2. Thanks Garrison! I've got some Nightlands action coming up with them. I'm also in the middle of working on a horror campaign as well. Glad you liked it & decided to comment. There's more of this sort of action coming up along with some new factions as well.
