The Veteres guardians design is based on the Reticulan dragons genotype & has been used on a myriad of planets to cleanse areas of the 'ultimate bio weapons'. The Veteres guardians use a wide variety of bio engineered life simulating systems to maintain themselves indefinitely. These bio cybernetic lifeforms are as much bio morph as they are living flesh. The Veteres guardians were used in the Veteres Gray Wars over 3 million years ago & the Greys have a hereditary fear of these horrors.
