S.C.A.R.A.B. Cybernetic troopers PC class for Mutant Future & Your Old School Campaigns

The Search Conflict Action Reaction Ability Battle Cybernetic troopers are some of the most dangerous troops that PC's can encounter! Based on Cobra La bio organic engineered technology but refined by Cobra's technological divisions the S.C.A.R.A.B. Cybernetic Troopers are a force to be recokoned with on Carcosa! They are the most fanatical & dangerous of the Cobra troops on Cobras's IV outpost on Carcosa! 

S.C.A.R.A.B. Cybernetic troopers are used throughout the most elite of Cobra's installations & are given access to the inner most advanced weapon systems. Many of these troops are fitted with the patiented Mindbender cybernetic systems and these are the most fantatical troops! 
And then there are those who don't take to the brainwashing & these are the PC or NPC  renagade troops! They are often mercenaries & professional soldiers selling their abilities to the highest bidder on Carcosa. These are often guarding villages & fortification settlements. There are some who believe that the S.C.A.R.A.B. cybernetic troopers are also used as spies and sabatours against sorcerers & others who speak ill of Cobra!

S.C.A.R.A.B. Cybernetic troopers 

 Hit Dice: 1d6 per point of CON

Mutations: 1d4+4 beneficial, any category

S.C.A.R.A.B. Cybernetic Troopers is a  soldier fitted with technological enhancements: Cybernetic implants, bio-ware, nano-machines, etc. In place of the normal +3 boost to INT, CON & CHA, Augmented Humans get 3 points to distribute among any ability, and they get "enhancements" in the form of normal beneficial mutations of any category, much like androids. Just like Pure Humans, they are immune to mutation due to radiation exposure. If the character has access to a specialist that can make enhancements, then the character can get a new augmentation per new level, with 5,000 gp upfront. The surgery takes one day to preform, and 3d6 days to recover.

Uses Standard Mutant Future Energy Cell 

To The Max: 
1-10 The S.C.A.R.A.B. does double damage as his or her absolute almost religous fanatical belief in Cobra ideals kicks in to add in mayhem & murder! 
11-20 The Cybernetic systems add +3 to any attack rolls as the cybernetic trooper goes in for an absolutely knarly kill!
