To Sink Karl Wilhelm - The War 1870 Tegel Manor Session Report #4 With Love From Cha'alt

So in last night's Castles & Crusades/Victorious rpg  the PC's managed to sink the scout ship iron clad the USS  Karl Wilhelm last night. The ship was anchored off the coast of the haunted plane jumping  house of Tegel Manor after crossing through the plane of water! The ship was there for the Germans to sell black market weapons of Cha'alt to a group of lizard men elders for nefarious purposes.

This was after following a group of German & Prussian army officers from the bar who were accompanying a worm sorcerer from Cha'alt. They were meeting some of the operatives of the Rump family there.

“The nethermost caverns,” wrote the mad Arab, “are not for the fathoming of eyes that see; for their marvels are strange and terrific. Cursed the ground where dead thoughts live new and oddly bodied, and evil the mind that is held by no head. Wisely did Ibn Schacabao say, that happy is the tomb where no wizard hath lain, and happy the town at night whose wizards are all ashes. For it is of old rumour that the soul of the devil-bought hastes not from his charnel clay, but fats and instructs the very worm that gnaws; till out of corruption horrid life springs, and the dull scavengers of earth wax crafty to vex it and swell monstrous to plague it. Great holes secretly are digged where earth’s pores ought to suffice, and things have learnt to walk that ought to crawl.”
--H.P. Lovecraft, The Festival

The sorcerer was ready for the PC's with a Prussian officer who was actually the agent & appritence of the sorcerer. He was armed with a magic sword ,very bad attitude, & a bite a lot worse then his bark. Major Karl Hussman was actually a werewolf & managed to cause the PC's no end of trouble.
It looked like the Germans were going to get away with a dangerous exchange of weaponry but the PC's managed to deal with our werewolf whose survived the encounter. He's vowed revenge but this is going to wait for another game session down the road.

The Rumps had a hand waiting for the PC's when the PC's blundered down the fairy path of the manor house to the beach. Waiting for them were the classic combination of sheikers & violet fungus tended by four will o wisps shepherds..
Fire balls & magic missiles, combat ensued.. This combat took up a good portion of the night.

They finally reached the beach where the weapons exchange was taking place. They managed to disrupt the exchange with the lizard men elders gating away but not before trying to take the cache of weapons for themselves. The combat resulted in a natural twenty on the eye of the Cha'alt worm sorcerer who was fire balled by the party repeatedly! Lethal force was used by the party against the
USS  Karl Wilhelm by the party & a confrontation between  the party & the Germans resulted. They managed to beach the iron clad on a sand bar but the Germans are already making repairs & bringing more war ships!
And now things are going to get very interesting indeed as several special Prussian agents on board have been activated for the week after next's game!
It looks like Castles & Crusades Classic Monsters & Treasure is gonna get a work out next week!

Everything is going according to my neifarious dungeon master plan.. Muhahaha! Cha'alt plays a major part of this game as the time table moves up.. tick, tick, tick kids.
