The Fate of The Atlantic Star - A Zaibatsu/Hostile Mini Campaign On Colony World Abyss

Tonight's one shot wasn't connected with any of the other Hostile games that we've run in the past. In this one shot we used a bunch of cyber criminals who were given a choice of several centuries in the 'freezers' or acting as special police mercenaries by thier corporate overlords. Each of our cybercriminals was implanted with a mirco implant bomb capable of blowing thier skulls clean off thier necks. After being put into Cryo aboard the Archon bound for Abyss the PC's passed the time getting the lo down on the colony world via sleep teaching. They were put to work right away upon arrival of the colony world.

The PC's were generated using Zaibatsu & the agent package from the Hostile rpg setting rules. The island of Vasundharahas both Android & genetically modified workers with a population of nine million.
The PC's were working for the Ares Defense Contractors but were quickly looking for a way to go free lance. The PC's are investigating why a large an Oceanreach mega trawler has gone missing. There are rumors of the genemodified crew having gone rogue and stolen 'The Atlantic Star'. This wasn't the case in tonight's game.
The PC's reported in with the Ares Defense Contractor's Special Unit and then met thier first 'C.R.A.B.' liason officer TSU Higgins. 'C.R.A.B.' stands for 'Corporate, Retrogenics, Artificial Being' the 'C.R.A.B's'  are genetically modified human colonies who have been modified to work in the deeper oceans of Abyss. They make fantastic bonuses.
And the 'C.R.A.B.' population come mostly from some of the underclass  Indonesian colonies.
The 'Atlantic Star' sailed out of  'Bloody Bay' and the party decided to start there. The party got it's first taste of gang violence when they were targeted by one of the minor Jagos. The player's PC's used a combination of melee and a bit of gun play to get out of things quickly.
They quickly turned the tables & then found out that they had accidently stumbled into a turf war between a Japanese Jago & the Jango belonging to an Indoneasian fishing collective. Surprisingly they held back and only three gang members were killed.
The party met with Pappa a very round and verbose crimelord/union rep that has ties to Oceanreach. And he didn't think that the crew of the 'The Atlantic Star' had mutinied. Nor did he think it was pirate interests either. The party then met with Tanaka a seemingly meek crimelord who was only looking after his 'sons' (gang members) interest in the union and turf 'misunderstanding'.
So what has happened to the Atlantic Star?! Corporate interests among both the Ares Defense Contractors and Oceanreach want to know! The other corporations fishing the waters of Abyss are nervous. And now the PC's are under the gun and thier necks are getting itchy.
