More Psychotronic Post Apocalpytic Movie Posters As Fodder For Your Old School Post Apocalyptic Campaigns

Behold the awesomeness that Google image search delivered to me this afternoon whist doing some research for an upcoming post apocalyptic campaign.
I've seen about ninety percent of these titles back in the 90's and words can even begin to describe how terribly wonderful some of these films are.

  2. I own three of these, many of these are in bargain bin DvD's and specialty video shops. It's really weird how these films work. All kinds of weird awesomeness is built into these types of films. I've got more coming up! Glad you enjoy these films as much as I do. More coming up!

  3. Its the post-apocalyptic future... A world where science, civilization and industry are all ancient history. And yet, people use ammunition, gasoline and hairspray like its going out of style. ;)

  4. You really ought to take a look at 80's film 'She' which seems to have all of those from the local 'Vault Mart'. And there's always an abundance of Roman Armor style as well. Gladiators on motor cycles, barbarian warrior women, etc. all simply coming from some weird Italian post apocalyptic casting house.
Yeah, I love these films as well, Malcadon.

  5. I totally remember that movie. It was both a campy '80s post-apocalypse flick, and a campy '80s sword & sorcery flick, with elements too strange for classic Gamma World (Yes, even that game would draw the line with Xenon ;) ). Two-shits were not given what they wrote that movie, and that is why it is so awesome. =D

  6. Oh it can be totally done if the players are slightly into not taking the game that seriously. There wasn't any thought given when the movie was written but apparently plenty of acid or other hard core pharmaceuticals. I don't know about Gamma World drawing the line with Xenon. I remember some NPC Murant that came out of the pages of Dragon. More POA content coming up! Thanks for the comment!
